Well I LOVE English Paper Piecing- a fun hand sewing method that is totally portable. The project can grow into a large quilt Like Grandmother's Flower Garden or small wall quilt. Also for fun embellishments for other projects.
By and large I am not a hand sewer but I have fallen in love with English Paper Piecing. In he class I'll show you how to get started with some fun Hexies- the kit will show you how portable it really is. I will show how to use the paper pieces and the best stitches to use for your projects. This technique has been around since 1770, come learn why the technique continues to be popular taday!
A Starter Kit will be provided as part of this class to teach the basic techniques.
